Original Driver Qualification File and Maintenance

TRC Solutions will:

• Generate a pre-printed DQ File with driver’s name, SS#, address, CDL# and expiration date.

• Audit existing files in order to have the file audit-ready ensuring that all pertinent information and items are in the file.

• Create a on-line encrypted database for your review.

• Provide electronic reminder service on such items as annual reviews, CDL, Medical expirations and HazMat training expirations.

LOGS – Hours of Services

Drivers are required to complete a log if they drive over 150 air radius miles or work more than 12 hours a day. TRC Solutions will summarize each LOG, by the day, on a daily, weekly or monthly form for each driver:

• Form

• Content

• Over-hours

• Speeding

• DVIR Inspection

Violations are emphasized to ensure BOTH the company and their drivers understand the importance auditors attach to these regulations.
